Ms. Sujatha Ratnam is responsible for Fund raising for the Group, Managing Treasury and Investment Portfolio, Providing advisory services on strategic financial matters related to Corporate Finance and Providing support on Special projects related to risk and revenue optimization. Ms. Ratnam joined the Company on July 12, 2004.

She has over 20 years of experience in the field of Fund Raising, Financial Restructuring and Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining Max India, she was working with Jubilant Organosys Ltd. as the General Manager - Finance. She started her corporate career with Tata Motors Limited in 1989.

Ms. Ratnam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
