PERFORMANCE PLANING & APPRECIATION PROCESS

Some highlights of the program are:

· Well defined responsibility levels
Clearly defined responsibility levels, predetermined and mutually agreed set of deliverables/goals ensure that total clarity exists between each individual and what is expected of him/her.

· Qualitative overall rating
To ensure that ratings are meaningful and the employee relates to the same, we have moved from a numeric score to a qualitative score. Our scale defines rating at the highest level as 'Far Exceeded Expectation' to the bottom end as 'Did Not Meet Expectation'.

 

· 2 tier appraisal process
To enable Managers reduce subjectivity in an appraisal process, all reviews are overseen by the skip-level supervisor.
