Our endeavor is to deliver to the employee a transparent process of managing all HR processes including benefits and administration. Our objective is to remain employee-friendly and enable the employee to focus on his/her core area of expertise, thus facilitating business growth.

To engage employees in a manner that they subscribe to the organization's philosophy and beliefs we have created various fora of interaction and sharing of information and areas of concern, which
are:

Induction Programs
All new recruits undergo a 2 day classroom session, followed by a structured orientation program which familiarizes them with the philosophy of the organization and also with the people with whom they will interface with in their working environment.

Town Hall meetings : Employee-Management interaction

Annual Day : Of respective businesses.
